Our Curriculum 

At Eleanor Rose Education Center, our curriculum is designed to support both academic growth and the individual needs of every student.

Strong Academic Foundation
We follow Common Core and state standards to ensure consistency and academic rigor across all grade levels.

Math
We use EnVision Math to help students build confidence, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of concepts.

Reading & Literacy
Our literacy instruction is grounded in the Science of Reading, using tools like GetEpic and CommonLit to strengthen comprehension and critical thinking.

Writing
Students learn to express their ideas clearly using the RACES strategy:
Restate, Answer, Cite, Explain, Summarize

We also guide students through the full writing process, from planning to publishing, across narrative, opinion, and informative writing.

Science
Our science program follows Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and focuses on hands-on, project-based learning that encourages curiosity and discovery.

Social Studies
We incorporate iCivics to help students develop critical thinking skills and real-world understanding of civic responsibility.

Arts & Creativity
Guided by National Core Arts Standards (NCAS), students explore creativity and self-expression through the arts.
