Jenica Lindquist

Founder / Principal

Jenica Lindquist, an accomplished educator with over 21 years of experience, is dedicated to transforming education through innovation and inclusion. Her journey spans classrooms around the world—including Japan, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates—as well as across the U.S. in California, Arizona, and Nevada. Over the years, she witnessed a recurring challenge: too many children were being left behind—not because of a lack of potential, but because traditional educational models failed to evolve. Fueled by a vision for something better, Mrs. Lindquist founded Eleanor Rose Education Center in Henderson and Scottsdale as pioneering spaces where progressive, student-centered education thrives.

Michael McCall

Special Education Teacher

My name is Michael McCall, and I’m an educator who believes learning should feel active, meaningful, and genuinely fun. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Game Design and a master’s degree in Special Education, two fields that deeply shape my approach to teaching. Game design taught me how powerful structure, motivation, and engagement can be when thoughtfully built. Special education strengthened my ability to individualize instruction, analyze data, and design systems that meet students where they are. Together, those foundations guide everything I do in the classroom.

I grew up in Nevada, and my experiences traveling the world through military service broadened my perspective on culture, community, and learning. Exposure to diverse environments reinforced my belief that students bring unique strengths, backgrounds, and ways of thinking into the classroom. That global lens influences how I approach differentiation and inclusive practices, ensuring students feel respected and understood.

In my classroom, I balance consistency with creativity. Clear routines and expectations provide stability, while interactive, play-based learning and elements of gamification—shared goals, visible progress, and meaningful celebrations—keep students engaged. When learning feels participatory rather than passive, students develop confidence and retain skills more deeply. Above all, I prioritize relationships, striving to create an environment where students feel seen, families feel valued, and growth feels both purposeful and attainable.
